About Our Groups

In the climate of trust provided by the group, people feel free to care about and help each other. Group can also help people build stronger and more satisfying relationships with others outside of group.  While all groups provide support and opportunities to grow, each has a different target population to provide more specific support.

Currently, all groups are offered via HIPAA-compliant Zoom due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Chronic Pain and Illness

Many people feel isolated in their chronic pain and illness. The Chronic Pain and Illness group can help encourage and remind each person that they are not alone while facilitating identify exploration.

While we are not equipped to cure physical conditions, it is the group's goal to support healing and growth on a mental and emotional level, equipping members to cope more effectively with the struggles of chronic pain and illness.

This group currently meets Fridays at 11:00am.
