People start to heal the moment they feel heard.

We know - group therapy sounds scary.

Here's why we think you should give it a chance...

For many people, the idea of joining a therapy group can be daunting and intimidating. However, group therapy is often just as (if not more) effective than individual therapy, and comes with many benefits. Members often comment on the level of connection and community they find amongst other group members, realizing that they are not alone in their struggles. Group therapy can provide you with a safe place to receive support and walk alongside others who may be struggling with similar hardships.

Not only does group therapy create a place to relate to others, but it helps people learn about themselves in a new way - through experimenting with new ways of relating to others, sharing vulnerably, or receiving feedback from group members. These exciting opportunities often lead group members to find significant benefit from participating in group, even with the "risk" of having to open up to a large group of people.
